What We Offer

Support designed around your family.

Concierge care means we focus on what actually helps — not what a system dictates.

01

Individualized ABA Therapy

We start with understanding — a thorough assessment of your child's strengths, challenges, and daily life. Then we build a clear plan targeting what matters most to your family.

Individualized Care
02

ABA Where Life Happens

Real progress doesn't happen in a controlled room — it happens where life does. We deliver ABA in the environments where skills are actually needed: your home, your child's school, medical settings, and the community. That's not just our preference. It's how lasting change is built.

Home & Community
03

Parent & Caregiver Coaching

You know your child best. Coaching gives you practical, ABA-informed strategies for the hard moments — so you feel confident, not dependent on a therapist being present.

Virtual or In-Person

“You don't need a diagnosis to deserve support. You don't need a crisis to ask for help. You just need someone who listens first — and builds from there.

Anna Schott, BCBA · Founder & Clinical Director
Virtual Caregiver Coaching

Concierge Care. Coast to Coast.

Effective behavior support doesn't require a provider in the home. Virtual caregiver coaching delivers the same evidence-based clinical rigor — structured, personalized, and outcome-focused — with the scheduling flexibility that busy families require.

Ideal for families who prefer flexible scheduling, travel frequently, live outside the Tampa Bay area, or want structured clinical guidance without full intensive therapy. Virtual services are available where licensure and regulatory guidelines permit.

The goal is not ongoing dependency — it's equipping families with tools that create lasting change.

Our Approach

Why families choose concierge therapy care.

We are a concierge-style ABA practice committed to highly individualized, relationship-centered care. We offer a private, concierge model with limited in-network options — because the best outcomes happen when care isn't rushed.

Clinically Driven

Every clinical decision is guided by the child's data, goals, and individual needs — nothing else. We are not driven by rigid timelines, preset hour requirements, or external quotas. Our recommendations are built around progress, not paperwork. That independence allows our services to look, feel, and function differently than what many families have experienced elsewhere.

Individual outcomes vary based on each child’s diagnosis, age, treatment intensity, family involvement, and duration of services. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Fewer Clients. Deeper Care.

Most ABA practices carry caseloads that make genuine individualization impossible. This practice deliberately limits them. The result is programming that's thoughtfully designed, regularly refined, and never templated. Each child's plan reflects that child — because there was actually time to make it that way.

Expert-Led. Family-Powered.

The clinical complexity is handled completely. The most important work happens at home — and families are equipped to do it well. Clear, practical guidance in plain language means caregivers implement confidently in daily life. No jargon. No binders. Real results.

How to Begin Services

A clear path from inquiry to care.

We are a concierge-style ABA practice committed to thoughtful, individualized care for each child and family. To ensure an excellent fit, we follow a clear, structured intake process.

1

Submit an Inquiry

Complete our brief inquiry form so we can learn about your child, your family's goals, and your scheduling needs. Within 1–2 business days, we follow up via email to review service availability, insurance and private-pay options, location and scheduling logistics, and whether we're the right fit.

2

Choose Your Consultation

Based on your needs, select from a Brief Strategy Consultation or a Comprehensive Intake Consultation. Both are designed to give you clarity, direction, and practical next steps — whether or not you continue with ongoing services.

3

Service Planning & Onboarding

If we mutually determine ongoing services are appropriate, we develop a formal service plan, initiate insurance authorization when applicable, coordinate scheduling and staffing, and begin with an orientation session for you and your team.

Common Questions

What families ask most.

Applied Behavior Analysis is a scientifically validated approach to understanding behavior and how it's affected by the environment. It helps all ages develop new skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning — through positive, individualized strategies.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is most commonly associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder, but its principles are effective for anyone seeking meaningful behavior change. ABA can support individuals of all ages in building skills, improving communication, increasing independence, and reducing behaviors that interfere with daily life.
It depends on each child's assessment. Some benefit from 4–15 hours, others 20–30. We work with your family to find the right intensity — and adjust as your child grows.

For out-of-network families, we provide detailed itemized receipts so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company. We provide in-home ABA therapy across the Tampa Bay metro area. Not sure if you're in our range? Reach out — we'll let you know.
You're not alone — this is the most common starting point for families. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. During an initial consultation, we will review your concerns, help determine whether an evaluation is needed, explain your options, and guide you toward the right next steps. If your child does not yet have a diagnosis, we can refer you to trusted providers for a comprehensive evaluation.
Private pay offers flexibility that insurance often cannot. There is no diagnosis required, no insurance restrictions or delays, and no preset hour requirements. You choose what to focus on — home, school, behavior, or parenting support — and services can begin faster. Private pay is ideal for families who want targeted, short-term, or highly individualized support.
Insurance-based ABA services involve multiple steps and most families can expect approximately 3–6+ weeks from intake to the start of services. The process typically includes authorization for assessment (1–2 weeks), the assessment and treatment plan development (1–2 weeks), and authorization for ongoing services (2–3 weeks). While we work efficiently, insurance timelines are outside of our control — we help manage expectations and keep you informed throughout.Insurance coverage and timelines vary by plan and carrier. Please verify your specific benefits independently.
That's absolutely something we specialize in. Not every child needs long-term therapy. We offer short-term consultation, parent coaching, behavior strategy development, and school support planning. Many families benefit from just a few sessions to gain clarity and tools they can implement immediately.
We provide direct support for school-related challenges, including classroom behavior strategies, collaboration with teachers and school staff, IEP/504 meeting support, functional behavior assessments, and behavior intervention planning. Our background in education allows us to bridge the gap between home, school, and clinical care.
Yes — we work with families beyond the Tampa area through telehealth. Services include parent coaching, behavior consultations, school collaboration support, and strategy development. Sessions are conducted virtually and are highly effective, especially for caregiver training and guidance.Telehealth available to clients located in Florida and states where licensure is active. Subject to applicable state law.
Absolutely. Behavior does not happen in isolation — it happens within the family system. We support sibling dynamics, household routines and structure, and parenting strategies that work across children, including those without a formal diagnosis. Our approach is whole-family focused, because lasting change happens when the entire environment is supported.
